BFProductions appreciates all supporters that take the time out to book a session, recommend a client to book a session, and/or promote the business in hopes of expanding to find future clients. To my future clients, I look forward to working with you, and to my recurring clients I hope that you continue to follow me along my journey.

The booking calendar is only open 60 days at a time to ensure that all requests are fulfilled, and no scheduling complications can occur.

A consultation is provided for all clients if they wish to have one before their session.

All bookings are accepted by BFProductions prior to your card being charged for the deposit. Up until that point, it will be a pending charge

Ex: If you book a graduation classic package for January 17th, 2022, then the appointment will have to be approved by BFProductions before the $100 is taken out of your account.

I operate via email or phone before booking. I do not wish to conduct business via social media platforms after initial contact, so please use the contact preferences provided above. Also, please contact us here if you have service inquiries regarding services that aren’t listed on the booking website.

If you have a project that involves conceptual editing please tell me about your project here for a quote.
Ex: If a client wants to recreate a viral concept such as: The Barbie box birthday photoshoot, Megan Thee Stallion good news cover, Barack Obama flower painting, etc. then they will need to reach out here.
I am not currently accepting commissions to edit/retouch images from other sources or parties.

A consultation is a brief meeting to go over the nature of the client’s inquiry whether that is a Photoshoot, Video shoot, Documentary, etc.; this consultation usually will range from 15-30mins. During the consultation, the nature of the client's request will be discussed, so that the client is comfortable & confident going into the shoot. Ask any questions if need be, and if you have any ideas please feel free to share. This service is primarily for but not limited to clientele in need of assistance in refining their concept.

If permitted, a client can reschedule once for a $50 fee, after that, your initial deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will now be canceled. You will now have to restart the booking process.
If a client reschedules 24 hours or less/no-show before the scheduled appointment, a $100 fee will be administered.
Rescheduling due to inclement weather will be no additional charge and will be handled accordingly
Any rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within 30 days or the booking will be canceled.

Please note that BFProductions holds the right to decline any booking. If we decide to do so, you will be refunded via the original payment method.
BFProductions reserves the right to cancel a booking; ONLY due to dire emergencies or unforeseen circumstances on my end.
If canceled, you will be refunded via the original payment method (ONLY for dire emergencies and unforeseen circumstances)
If rescheduled, no fees will be administered for rescheduling due to my unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, we will ensure that we honor the client and go above and beyond for their loss of time.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, clients can bring no more than two guests to studio bookings unless additional guests are pertinent to the shoot.

Additional guests must be approved before the appointment.
Equipment and studio space will be sanitized before and after each appointment.
Proper PPE will be used throughout appointments and masks will be required.

Additional edits/expedited edits are not guaranteed, this largely depends on the volume of clientele and complexity of the edit.

Turnaround time is subject to change depending on the project size and complexity of the service(s) requested. Expediting orders are not promised, please email us to see if your project is eligible for expedited delivery.

Any in-state shoot or event outside of a 10-mile radius from Newark, Delaware, is subjected to a transportation fee. Please email for the total transportation cost.
Out of state shoots are subject to a 0.75/Mile travel fee

BFProductions provides a 30-minute grace period for all clients. After 30 minutes, clients are subject to cancellation or reduced shoot time. Any extension of time will require another hour of booking. If the shoot proceeds, late fees are as follows:

30 minutes - $25
45 minutes - $50
1 hour - $100

Arrival:

In all bookings, the first and last 10 minutes are designated for setup and breakdown.
BFProductions is not responsible for overseeing creative direction unless consulted before shooting.
Hair and makeup must be done before the appointment.
For location-based appointments, a changing tent can be provided if requested and if location permits.

Deposits are non-refundable.
A $100 advanced deposit is necessary to confirm the booking which will be applied to the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and/or event.
As specified in the cancellation policy, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only refundable if the shoot is canceled on the behalf of BFProductions.
If client chooses to cancel, please refer back to the cancellation policy for instructions on how to move proceeding the cancellation.
Clients are not entitled to a refund once services are completed.

Payment Methods:

Clients are permitted to book through the site via PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo and/or Zelle. Cash is accepted as well.

For studio/on-location shoots; A link to all proofs (unedited images) is provided for selection purposes ONLY and delivered within 24-48 hours. Unedited images are NOT to be used in any capacity unless the full reel of images is purchased.
Image selection for editing must be made within 3 business days. From here is when the turnaround period for edits begin.
Ex: If a clients books a session for January 17th, 2022, the client will have the unedited proofs no later than January 19th, 2022. From January 19th, 2022, the turnaround period catered to the specific desired session begins.
For photography events, cinematography, videography & graphic design services, turnaround time will be based on the requested services’ complexity. Please contact me here for further assistance with your inquiry.
Once edits are delivered any specific changes must be addressed within 48 hours, otherwise, requests will be disregarded.
Costs may vary for additional edited images outside of your package based on the complexity of the edit and clientele volume.
